Working with a mix of vintage/ secondhand, deadstock, organic cotton, linen, wool and silk fabrics, I produce one-of-a-kind handmade garments.

I have a range of designs that are available to order, and a small number of unique garments available to buy off-the-peg.

We all know the fast fashion system is a bit of a problem – for the planet, for many of the people who work in it, and for us as consumers.

The tragedy of the modern era is that we have turned fashion into an environmental catastrophe whilst also losing touch with some of the intrinsic joys of dressing: wearing clothes that fit us, as individuals, that celebrate the incredible beauty and richness of natural fabrics, and that are well-made enough to last.

But here’s the good news: sartorial style and sustainability are not mutually exclusive; quite the opposite. 

Nothing is more sustainable than the well-made garment that fits your body and your sense of identity, that you connect with, care for and keep in your wardrobe. 

Choosing ‘slow fashion’ is choosing to minimise the environmental harm caused by your clothes, it’s choosing fair pay and conditions for the makers, and it’s choosing a better experience and connection with your clothes.
